It was so much fun to be involved with all the Homecoming activities this year. We homeschool, but our cover school is very large and organized so we have all the fun high school things. Thursday night was the Pep Rally and Powder Puff game.
Marc was one of the announcers for the Powder Puff game-
Friday night was the game and senior night. It was rainy and cool but we had fun!
We won the game!
On Saturday it was time for the Homecoming dance- our first dance of this kind. Our friends from Atlanta drove over to go to the dance with us. Annie was so happy to have a little friend to play with!
Both Marc and Julia went with dates that are close friends we have known since they were babies. It was a really fun group.
The kids went to Hibachi for dinner and had a great time. I don't have pictures from the dance, but I hear it was pretty wild with a lot of jumping around. All in all, a fun 'first dance' experience for these kids.
