Sissy's Summer Camp- Part 2

Here are the rest of the pictures from Julia's week at summer camp.  It looks like she had a blast.

Her friend's family brought her home last night.  Her voice was gone and she was sunburned and exhausted, but so happy.  And she actually won the "Happy Camper" award at camp.  :)

Sissy's Summer Camp Fun- Part 1

On Sunday evening we drove Julia up to summer camp!  She loves going and this year her roommate was a close friend and neighbor.

The camp is held at a boarding school so they stay in the dorm rooms.  The boys helped us get her set up.  :)

We love walking through the Benedictine monastery church.  I call it the Lord of the Rings church because of the stone statutes.  :)

They post pictures every day and it looks like they are having a lot of fun.  

 

This camp is a good mix of athletic things and crafty things.  They tie-dye, make candles, pottery, rosaries, and cook as well as do games and events.

I'm so proud of Julia for doing the rope swing!
