We booked our annual May beach trip back in late January. During this pandemic, I wondered if we would be able to still go. Thank goodness they opened the beaches and restaurants the week we went down! This year, BB went with us as well. It was a little "Mother's Day" get away. We loved having her.
On the way down we drove two cars- a boy car and girl car. The girls got to town first and went by the outlets. Sadly, most of the stores were closed. We decided to go ahead and grab supper at Lambert's.
The boys had Annie's bags so we ran by a store and grabbed her a bathing suit. When we got to the condo she was beside herself to go to the pool and splash pad!
Happiest baby in the world. She LOVES the water!
After putting her to bed we went and got tons of groceries to last the whole week while the boys went swimming. We all went to bed exhausted, but happy!
The next day we hit the beach! Daddy rented us four chairs and two umbrellas for our entire time. It made it so easy.
That afternoon while Anastasia took her nap with BB, we all went out to play putt putt. It was so much fun!
Daddy giving putting lessons-
Tucker's hole in one! I was so happy I got this shot!
My favorite part of this picture is how he is looking at Charlie, his best friend, who is JUST as excited as he is! :)
More time at the beach-
We figured out that Anastasia isn't quite ready to handle a puddle jumper. So we went back to the "unsinkable baby" combo- a life jacket PLUS water wings. It worked great!
I love eating at dinner in the condo-
Every night we played Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune on the Wii. It was so much fun.
We were so happy they opened the lazy river and slide on Saturday. Annie LOVED "driving her car" down the river!
We were happy to find that restaurants had finally opened.
I remember Julia wearing this outfit. :)

We couldn't get her to look at the camera so we all looked where she did! :)
We enjoyed walking around The Wharf and getting ice cream.
