I went to a beautiful wedding in early March!
The first mild day in March we dropped everything and headed to the petting zoo. I was so eager to get out and enjoy the beauty!
We also met friends and had a picnic at Aldridge Gardens-
Just a quick picture showing how Marky is our lead tutor and has helped all of his siblings with their homework and technology needs. It's been such a sweet thing to see.
Annie always has something going. :)
When we named her Anastasia I thought it would take her so long to learn to write her name. In March at 3 1/2 she was sitting at the table and by herself wrote her name. I was shocked! I had NEVER told her how to do that! She must have learned it at moms-day-out.
Daddy had a big trial in Wyoming for WEEKS in March. The rest of us were wearing down from missing daddy so I decided to surprise everybody with a little one-night trip away. One day I picked them up from co-op and we hit the road to North Alabama.
We went to one of my favorites- the Cook Museum of Natural Science in Decatur. This museum approaches science from a "wonder" perspective. "Wow- isn't this amazing!" is the theme.
Fun dinner at P.F. Changs and walking around the pretty shopping area-
And swimming in an indoor hotel pool is always a treat!
The next day we went to Huntsville to the Early Works Museum, which is such a treat for the little guys!
Lunch on the way home-
And last stop at Ave Maria Grotto in Cullman. I loved this trip and it was just the trick to break up the doldrums.
I call this the Lord of the Rings church- I love the stone statues-
St. Patrick's Day!
This was BB after she turned a little corner and we were able to visit her more easily. Still cute and precious even when she's down!
We were thrilled to find out a little playmate Annie's age lives down the street! They get along so well!
Charlie and Millie-
Kinetic sand on the porch with Annie-
When Daddy finally got back from Wyoming he went with us on a field trip to American Village. Such a fun day.
The boys sang in a three choirs festival. Marky had a solo in "The Heavens Declare the Glory of God."
