Last days in Florida

Since Tucker and Charlie were both so sick we decided to forgo a trip to Hollywood Studios on Friday.  We got up and did dishes and laundry.  Tucker helped Aunt Amber wash the pans-

Zaza and Big Grandpa drove up and we spent the day together.  She brought some of Big Grandpa's famous barbeque and ingredients to make her barbeque cups.  :)

Zaza cut the hair of all six of us! She's the best!  Amber didn't have a stool nearby so we used a ladder to get Charlie tall enough.

Tucker decided that the best thing for Big Grandpa would be for Tuck to read him the atlas.  No, we didn't pack an atlas, but within five minutes of being at Amber's Tucker found hers.  :)

While waiting for his haircut, feverish Tuck Tuck fell asleep in my lap- such a treat!.  He said, "Mommy, I don't want to fall asleep."  And I said, "Then don't!  Just close your eyes and stay awake."  :)

We woke up Saturday to hit the road.  Tucker had thrown up in bed and threw up again on the car ride home.  Thankfully we had large ziplock bag with him in the car and there was no mess.  He felt better later and even ate dinner Saturday evening.  Charlie continued his sick streak and finally went to the doctor today and got some steroids to help his breathing- we think he has a bad case of croup.

On the way home we drove through Dothan and went to visit the graves of my mother's parents.  The vase had been turned upside down and jammed so Marc got tools out of our car and worked for 20 minutes to fix it.  We got it turned around and put the new flowers in.  A sweet little work of mercy for the children to be part of.

Beautiful. I'm so glad you all got to visit the resting place of your grandparents.
