They took the boys out to Poppy's hunting camp to gather wild blackberries. They came home and BB baked a cobbler with them.
They got taken out to lunch and to get Dippin' Dots at the local drugstore.
They ran by the thrift store and could pick out books. Charlie picked out a superhero activity book and Marky picked out (and read while at BB's) Frankenstein and a Charles Dickens book. Charlie got tired of shopping. :)
Marky caught a bass while fishing with Poppy-

BB sent the following story when she sent me the ice cream pictures-
So, what it was was--- he wanted chocolate, heated 10 seconds in the microwave. Check. Then he said, "I have nebah (never) had baniwah (vanilla). I wonduh what dat tastes wike!" I told him I would fix vanilla for myself and let him taste. He did, and WIKED them both!!!!

Yes, we are spoiling him. Yes, your work will be cut out for you tomorrow night. Yes, we had fun spoiling him!!!!!
They had a lightening storm one night that stripped a tree of its bark!
On Sunday morning they swam and then helped BB make a spaghetti dinner for Poppy for Father's Day.
Thank you BB and Poppy for taking such great care of our boys! We love you!

It is not that we can't say no to Charlie, it is that he seems so happy when we don't. Dat's all! And we DO wuv him to be happy!
