Right when we got home from our trip it was time to celebrate our pastor's birthday! Happy Birthday, "Pater"!

My sweetie-pie honey bunch. Happiest baby in the world. Thank you, Lord, for her sunny personality.
A snapshot of a homeschool day- everyone in different spots getting their work done. I love it.
We are still rearranging furniture and reorganizing as we set the house back up. Here is Daddy and Marky taking a giant desk down the stairs- and Daddy is still in the boot for his stress fracture.
We are still enjoying football season- even the away games are fun. A few weeks ago we played in Opelika, Al. I like seeing new places.
And the teams get together after the games and pray together.
All three boys are playing flag football on Saturdays. Tucker and Charlie are in the same league so sometimes they play each other.
We have had to unpack all our homeschool books- it's a lot of work, but it's been great to get organized.
Anastasia saw her strawberry dress and said, "Mommy! I Strawberry Shortcake!" :)
Charliebear loves to make a floor pallet for movie night.
I thought our old church pew looked too rustic on the new shiny floors and we decided to paint it. These two were a big help with sanding.
We sanded and painted it within a few hours with fusion mineral paint. It is so easy to put on!
And it matches our sofa-
On September 14, we celebrate the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross. St. Helena, Constantine's Christian mother, is one of my very favorite saints. And Julia chose her as her confirmation saint.
This year Tucker added a crown of thorns, and I think it looked great!
Some big news happened last week- Anastasia went to Moms Day Out! She LOVED it! She has so longed to go "play with baby friends." She was thrilled when it was time to go.
When we got there the director met her at the car and there were balloons behind her. Annie looked at her and said, "Oh wow! Those colors are lovely! Hi! I want to play with baby friends."
She came running out at the end of the day so happy saying, "Hi Mommy! I had such a fun day! I played with toys and baby friends!" (She only has to wear a mask from the classroom to the car- not during the day).
She talked and talked the whole ride home telling me about her fun, fun day. :) The director told us that with her it's like Christmas every day- she's the happiest baby ever. :) We agree!
BB and Poppy came over last week to celebrate Poppy's birthday! We had a wonderful steak cookout!
He let Annie blow out the candles!
Tucker and Charlie made him cards-
The place where we got our portraits made went out of business so I finally just printed beach pictures out for our frames. I love them. :)
More Friday night lights and more signs from Tucker-
While the three boys play flag football on Saturdays, the baby friends play on the sidelines. :)
It's been fun getting to see some friends.
