This and that

Just getting pictures off the phone today.  Charlie took these pictures of our sweetie pie.

We finally had fall weather this week!  When I looked for Julia I found her reading her science lesson on the porch.  Porch reading- one of the perks of homeschooling.

And then you can come in and play with a baby before you start the next subject.  :)

Tucker was sick last week with stomach pain.  They did a tummy xray at the hospital.  He's all better now.

Marc was in San Francisco all last week for a big case.  He had the most beautiful views from his plane ride.

And he went to St. Dominic's for daily Mass-

It a beautiful Dominican church and they celebrate the Dominican Mass, which is just beautiful.

We had our first field trip of the year Wednesday.  We went to a nature center and had a presentation on Alabama fossils and rocks and then went on a 2 1/2 mile hike through the woods.

Little bit is about to grow out of her cradle.  It makes me sad.  Now that she can roll and scoot (at three months old!) she runs into the side.  Don't grow up so fast Annie-girl!

Marc and Marky went to the Fraternus campout this weekend.  It was a lot of fun.  Here is the talk by Father JP by the bonfire on Friday night.

Our old tent was held up with duct tape.  We finally got a new 8-man tent.  They said it worked great.

Just a few pictures from the time- there were a lot more boys than this group-

A few pictures from Sunday morning.  Marc hurt his back so he, Marky and Anastasia stayed home while we went to Sunday School.  We later all went to evening Mass.

Tucker's class did a presentation on the Bible and he was the opener-

Then we had lacrosse.  Everyone had fun.  :)

And this guy scored the game-winning goal!

Pumpkin Patch Express

This weekend Marc and Marc Jr. went to a Father/Son camp out with Fraternus.  The rest of the crew and I headed out to the train station to ride the Pumpkin Patch Express with BB and Poppy.  :)

Hayride!

Sweet Annie was exhausted and slept most of the day.  We did learn she is deathly afraid of train whistles.  She would cry every time the whistle blew.   Thank you BB and Poppy for all your help!

We brought home five pumpkins!  We have already gutted them and will carve the faces tomorrow.  Such a fun, fall day.  :)
