It began with Daddy reading to Charlie an old-timey Christmas alphabet book (btw, at 16 mos he knows ALL his letters now!) Then Tucker had to hear the story. Then Julia said, "I think there is room on this side." Then the boy came in from outside and stood transfixed. Our motto: If you read it, they will come. So grateful for these slow, holiday days. :)
