New Year's Trip- part 2

On Tuesday we slept in (thank you angel baby) and had brunch.  Then we decided to try indoor skydiving.  We have been driving past this place since I was a child coming to Pigeon Forge.  (They told me they opened in 1983).  Anyway- the only two willing to try it were Marc and Tucker.  (Although Charlie and Julia say they will definitely do it next time).

When your turn is up they through you off to the side- :)

Now Tucker's turn- he is so lightweight he went flying!

At one point the instructor starts flying and they are going around and around in the air!

So they verdict is- totally amazing- totally worth it!

After skydiving we decided to run back through Dollywood (since it's "free") and let Annie ride her rides and the big kids ride the couple rides they didn't get to the night before.

You want to talk about a happy baby?  She LOVED these rides and rode them again and again.  On this one she would say, "Piggy" over over while smilng.  On the duck ride she would say "cak cak", which is her "quack quack".  And on the busy bee ride she would say, "Biddy bee, biddy bee."  :)  She was overflowing with joy and smiled and waved at everyone.

I rode the scrambler with Charlie against my better judgement.  :)

We got tickets to see the Dixie Stampede Christmas dinner show.  Julia loves it because it's a horse show!  We hadn't seen the Christmas show in years and it was a real treat!

The pre-show concert by a fun blue grass band.

We got Annie and the boys flags to cheer with- she loves to wave a flag!

It's all very touching.  A dove flies to the angel.

We got back to the dinner show, put the baby to bed, and I took the boys to the pool.  It feels like a real vacation with an indoor pool in January!  :)
