Julia had a Calico Corners Christmas- she got several critter families, a little toy house for them and a stable and horse for them to ride!

Tuck Tuck in large part had a Thomas the tank engine Christmas-

Boxcar Children books for Marky- Felicity American Girl box set for Sissy!

Aunt Amber outdid herself with this HUGE doll for Sissy-

Tucker- so happy as he opens his Tinker Toys- "I think it's a drum!"

Proof that Charlie was there (and Tucker on his black bouncy ball- he called it his "hopper")

Charlie's punching penguin from Zaza and Grandpa-

Charlie says, "Whatcha got there brother?"

And this gift from Aunt Amber blew Marky's mind- a trench racing set from star wars-

Tucker just enjoyed the box- it was just his size-

Sometimes you need time to yourself-

Daddy models his ties from his three oldest babies-

BB got Sissy her own camera since Sissy has single handedly broken three of mine and one of BB and Poppy's cameras- :)

Opening his camo pop gun from Zaza and Grandpa-

After all the presents we had our huge Christmas dinner on the nice dishes, with the silver and the crystal! If I didn't use it for this, when would I ever use it?!

BB and Poppy went home after lunch and we all relaxed and napped. Then we went to mass (p.s. Catholics go to mass every Christmas day- it's a holy day of obligation- so it didn't matter that it was Sunday- we'd have been there no matter what). After the beautiful mass with the church all decorated for Christmas (a big contrast to the starkness of Advent), we came home and had a dinner with all the leftovers. After dinner it was baths and then time for the Christmas story. Julia wore her new nightgown with matching doll gown-

Her doll slept right beside her in her new baby doll bed-

Marky tickling Tucker-

Time to read The Christmas Story-

After the Christmas Story we all sang Away in the Manger and then We wish you a Merry Christmas while Sissy and Tucker danced and danced. Tucker even made us sing it again because he still had music in him that had to get out. :) Then they all got settled in their beds all comfy cozy and happy. What a wonderful Christmas!
The next day Zaza and Grandpa had to leave- but not before Grandpa taught the kids how to play marbles- which they loved!
