St. Nicholas' Day

Friday was the feast day for St. Nicholas.  Per our tradition the children received new books and gold coins in their slippers- they were thrilled!    We also watched our movie on the life of St. Nicholas.  We got home late from Marky's basketball practice, but we still had time to celebrate with stories!  (St. Nicholas also came by the children's school and put candy in their shoes there too!)
