A few more pictures from our wonderful beach vacation. We had been swimming for three days straight and wanted to take a day to look around. It's been a few years since we stopped in Malbis and saw the gorgeous Greek Orthodox Church there. The little ones had never seen it and thought it was heavenly.
Then we drove over to Mobile to see the USS Alabama. The last time we went was in 2015 when we took Marc and Tucker. Quick picture of that visit- my sweet Tuck Tuck!
Julia and Charlie had never seen it and finally got their chance. And Charlie has always loved the Navy so he was excited.
Sweet Anastasia didn't last too long- she and Mommy went back to the air conditioning after the first little bit.
What a fun time!
While we were in Mobile I ran them by the Dew Drop for ice cream floats.
Then Marc Jr. asked if he could see the Cathedral-Basilica of the Immaculate Conception, as he didn't remember ever seeing it before. So we dropped in-
We really enjoy cooking and eating in the condo. One night Tucker made us two pies!
We brought the Wii U so they could play Wii sports as a group. It's really fun. Here they were bowling. We also played chess, cards, and Uno and watched a movie one night.
Here they are having a rowing competition-
The last day at the beach was a perfect, perfect day. The water was crystal clear and the perfect temperature. The waves came in during the afternoon- a nice wind to keep us cool. We all kept saying, "this is a perfect beach day." We stayed at the beach ALL DAY.
Julia caught a hermit crab. He walked across the beach. :)
Everyone loves to build sand castles, especially Charliebear.
Daddy took little Miss Sunbonnet out in the water.
Happiest, sweetest little baby! Thank you, Lord, for this cherub!
Marky built this-
