Zaza's Visit, this and that

We had the best weekend with Zaza in town.  Zaza is a workhorse and washes dishes, folds laundry, cuts hair and sews the entire time she visits.  She is a blessing.

The first night we went to the baseball game (pictures on the last post)-

One of Zaza's favorite things to do is sit outside in the rain.  It rained all weekend and we spent a lot of time on the porch.

The entire restaurant sang Happy Birthday to her at Johnny Rockets!  :)

She got to know Anastasia a lot better.  Annie had to warm up to her, but by the end of the weekend she was best friends with Zaza.

We always take the children to the book store when Zaza is in town- Annie loved the train table-

On Zaza's birthday evening we went to BB and Poppy's.  BB cooked her a delicious birthday dinner.  Anastasia took her first four steps in a row that night!  :)

Julia went to rodeo camp on Saturday and was showing us her lasso skills.

Zaza always tries to get one on one time with each child.

She helped Julia finish a dress for Anastasia that Julia had started sewing last spring in sewing class.

And it turned out so cute!!!

We played poker.  :)  The children are loving card games-

Today we went to lunch at Cracker Barrel before taking Zaza to the airport.  Look at our sweet Annie Rosie!

Julia had a treat this week.  She went to a cupcake decorating class at a local bakery with some homeschooling girls-

Earlier in the week she went to a birthday party at a lake house with her homeschool friends.

Daddy took this picture of Tucker and I working on grammar.  I love these little one on one times during the day.

The children had youth group the other night and I got an hour of quiet time sitting on a porch.  It was wonderful.
