This and That

Here are a few pictures from Sunday.  Anastasia had fallen asleep on the way home- what a gift Julia is to Anastasia.  Another little Momma to love her.  :)

But when we woke her up for a group picture, she was happy, happy!

One of Anastasia's favorite things to do is look at herself in the full-length mirror-

This week has been great.  We started school on Monday and everybody is doing very well with their work.  Marc and Julia started their co-ops.  They are rigorous classes and very organized.  The co-op has been such a blessing for these high school years.

On Tuesday we had the Taste of Birmingham.  It's a fundraiser concert put on by the boys choir.  They have restaurants from all over the city bring samples of their best dishes.  It's all you can eat- and Marc put that to the test.  Daddy tried it all!  The boys sang wonderfully!  The theme was "name" and they sang "Eleanor Rigby", "Sunny....yesterday my life was filled with rain..," and "Lulu's Back in Town" among others.

This is the face she makes if I turn a baby show on in the car.  :)   She kicks her legs and squeals and cheers!  :)

We had major news in our family today-  our brother-in-law Tim ADOPTED our niece Landin!   Tim has been the man in her life for years, and now she has his last name and is legally his daughter.  This is something they have both wanted for so long.   It was a beautiful day.

Speaking of family, guess who came in town?  Zaza!  This weekend is her birthday and our present to her was a plane ticket to come see her babies!  She flew in this morning and has been cutting our hair all afternoon.  :)  Tonight we went to the baseball game and had a great time.

Isn't Zaza beautiful?  She loves babies and is so good with them.

This was minutes before Anastasia and I left and went home.  Baby girl goes to bed early and she was worn out staying up late.
