St. Patrick's Day celebrations!

Saturday we marched in the St. Patrick's Day parade with the Ancient Order of Hibernians for the 7th time!  :) The parade seems to get bigger and better every year.  This time I let Marc and the three older children march, and Charlie and I watched from the sidelines.

Here comes our crew- Daddy is holding the big sign of Father Coyle-

Tucker loves his little "Irishman's hat".  :)

Wouldn't be a St. Patrick's Day parade without the Ghostbusters- they are there every year!

Our buddies-

After the parade we went to an Irish celebration at a church.  They had an AMAZING Irish dinner with corn beef and cabbage, colconnon (Irish mashed potatoes), soda bread and, of course, ale.  :)  They had Irish musicians and dancers perform.  The dancers were so sweet with the children and taught them a few dances.  :)

Sissy can't resist Irish music and an empty stage- let's dance!

The "real" dancers were the best we'd ever had- they were so precise!

The musicians were also amazing and played the piano, accordion, Irish flute and violin.  Charlie spent most of his time watching them play.

We always have the best time celebrating St. Patrick's Day.  Slainte!
